We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Apps on devices you own, for as long as you comply with these terms. The Apps themselves remain ours; this licence does not transfer ownership of them.
Your files stay yours. You retain all rights to the videos, photos, documents and audio you process with the Apps. We claim no rights over them, and — as the privacy policy sets out — we never receive them in the first place.
Use the Apps lawfully, and only with files you have the right to process. Do not use them for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes someone else's rights.
Pro: $4.99/month or $19.99/year (3-day free trial where offered), billed via Google Play; auto-renews unless cancelled in Play Store → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the period ends. Lifetime: $29.99 one-time purchase, non-recurring. The free version is ad-supported: optional reward advertisements and, in some regions, brief advertisements shown while longer jobs process. Refunds per Google Play policy. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
The Apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee output quality — compression results and conversion accuracy vary with the file, the settings you choose and the codecs available on your device, and no particular file size or quality is promised. Keep your originals. The Apps write new files rather than replacing your originals, but your backups remain your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Apps is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes will be reflected in an app update.
